We offer a complete home package.  This means that we supply the initial design, full construction blueprints and all the components required to build the structure of your home.  This includes exterior and interior doors, windows, siding, floor system, roofing materials and precision crafted walls, all delivered to your site.

When the exterior shell of your home is complete it will be secure and weatherproof.  This allows you to choose your interior finishing options and complete the home at your own pace in a dry and safe environment.

Country Heritage has developed two proprietary systems, which we use extensively in the production of all home packages.  Both systems combined enable us to source the highest performance materials for every design at the lowest possible price.

Our Opti-Bild system includes the use of advanced computer aided design software and the construction of a fully rendered model of each home.  This is examined in full 3D to ensure that all exterior elevations of the home and the corresponding interior layout are optimized to meet the twin requirements of striking architectural appeal and efficient use of materials.

The next step is to take all the components needed to build the home and then conduct and in depth analysis of which products are most suitable for use in actual construction.  The system compares the performance characteristics required for every component against an extensive database to determine the best possible supplier and maximize our purchasing power.
