REVIEW
Our knowledgeable staff will review your chosen design, make suggestions and select each specification based on your stated need.

QUOTATION
Detailed quotations are done promptly using our proprietary software with firm pricing based on your specified design.

ORDER
Once the quotation is agreed upon, you will provide us with a 10% deposit. We will then produce construction blueprints for your approval which will enable you to obtain planning approvals and accurate bids from contractors.

PRODUCTION
When you have determined the construction date you will need to notify our factory to place your order into production approximately 1 month before you wish to take delivery of your home. At this stage you will need to increase your deposit to a total of 25% of the package price.

INSPECTION
All materials in your home package are inspected to ensure they are properly packaged, labeled and contain exactly the quantities of material that are required for your order.

MATERIAL ASSEMBLY
All items to be included in your shipment are consolidated in our fully covered 20,000 square foot warehouse. Each load is planned to optimize truck space usage and minimize freight costs. Your shipment is then carefully packaged, wrapped and loaded to ensure your products arrive safely.

DOCUMENTATION
We deal directly with the shipping lines or trucking companies and prepare documentation to make for smooth, rapid customs clearance. Original documents are sent to you by courier.

SHIPPING
One week before shipment you will forward the balance of the payment price by certified check, wire transfer or letter of credit. Your home is delivered directly to your lot or other agreed upon location. We verify and advise you on the shipment particulars. Complete follow-up service and commitment is guaranteed.
