At Country Heritage Homes,
our objective is to get the best possible home design at the lowest
possible cost. In order to do this we have developed the
innovative and proprietary Opti-Bild system. This allows us
to build a home in the least complicated way with the best overall
structural integrity.
By contrast, many
architects design homes without full consideration for the cost of the components or
efficiency of the construction method required to build the design. However, the net
result is that the customer typically does not get value for money.
This is particularly true for the homes with vaulted ceilings, which
are our specialty.
Our
Opti-Bild
system takes
computer aided drafting to the next level. Design experts can
review a design from multiple external angles to make sure it is
architecturally appealing from all sides. Then we optimize the
floor plan to incorporate the features, components and construction
methods that will give you the best building result and maximize the
return
on your new home investment.
All Country Heritage Home
designs are subjected to the same rigorous approach. Every aspect
of the design and building process is examined for appealing looks
and efficient construction by an expert team that looks at the
design from the customer’s perspective. The objective is to ensure all features
provide value for money.
Each design is
pre-engineered to meet Uniform Building Code requirements. If
necessary our standard roof specifications can also be amended to meet
extreme snow load conditions. You can be absolutely assured that
the structural integrity of your home and the materials used to
build it will meet or exceed all required performance standards.
The
Opti-Bild
approach allows us to take an outstanding design concept and refine it.
We can then optimize the use of all the required structural components,
including exposed Douglas Fir glu-lam beams, high performance low
maintenance windows, heat treated framing lumber,
wall and flooring systems as well as a wide variety of
quality exterior finishing materials.
This even helps the
environment by reducing costly on-site waste disposal. Conventional
framing methods result in standard length materials being cut
inefficiently with no use for the excess material. This material is
not only wasted but then incurs unnecessary collection and disposal
costs.
In addition to these major
benefits, you are also able to see what your home will look like
from all sides before you make a commitment to purchase. This is
not possible with conventional home plan books. These typically only
give you a black and white line drawing of the front elevation.
By contrast we show you full elevations of our attractive designs
from many different angles as well as in 3D
and full color.
Imagine being able to see your home before you build without
spending many thousands of dollars. With Country Heritage and
the exclusive
Opti-Bild
system now you can.
