The Assisted Build option is intended for those people who want to play an active part in building their own home, but need technical assistance in the construction process. You will play a key on site role in every phase of construction, from foundations to final completion of your home. However we will assist you to find qualified, reliable trades people, and then provide you with ongoing support, including periodic site visits, over the course of the project. 

Your Country Heritage Homes package will definitely make this task easier, as we will provide a quality design  and construction blueprints as well as supply all the quality  materials required to take your home to a lock up stage. You will make the final decision as to which subcontractors you will use.

Your subcontractors, as part of your bid and selection process will be able to supply other materials required to finish your home including plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling and finishing products.

Here are the key points of our Assisted Build option:

	We provide you with a quality design, construction blueprints and a detailed construction manual.
	We provide you with all the quality materials to build your home to a lock up stage.
	We assist you with the budget process for the total project.
	We introduce you to a potential lender if required.
	We will assist you in the selection of the subcontractors who will build your home to the lock up stage.
	You act as the owner-builder and general contractor for the total project.
	We will supply technical support and site visits during the building process.
	You eliminate contractor fees, build equity and save money.

Our fee for this service is typically 10% of the the cost of the home package.
